do not pity the dead, harry, pity the living, and above all those who cannot go to comic con

I do like you tremendously- for the elasticity of your conscience, for the selfishness which you seldom trouble to hide, and for the shrewd practicality in you which, I fear, you get from some not too remote Irish-peasant ancestor.

I spent like 10 years of my life pretending to fly around on a broomstick and you’re asking me if preparing for a love scene was ‘tricky’ because the other person also had a penis?

As the video starts we hear a voice over from actor Martin Freeman as Bilbo. He talks about the many battles and remembers those who survived and those who didn’t. Then we hear Pippin from The Lord of the Rings singing the song he sang when Faramir went off to try and take back the city in Return of the King.

Then Thorin is asked if he would have peace or war and he says he would have war. We see loads of battle sequences and then Thorin asks his friends if they will follow him one last time in war. We also see Gandalf “dead’ in battle, with Cate Blanchett’s character kissing his head.

wear your armor

whether it’s makeup, a band tshirt, your fandom pins, tattoos, jewelry, your favorite ripped pair of jeans, or something no one else can touch or see like your favorite song repeating like a mantra in your head, the sound of your own heartbeat, or the knowledge that you were brave enough to get out of bed today when everything else inside you said “no”

wear your armor and kick ass
